What is the process?
Our creative process is simple.
At the beginning, we ask you to tell us about your company. This can be by email or post, or do feel free to call us!
The information must include:
- Your company name (or trading name if different)
- The product / service / profession your business operates in
- Your target market
- Names of your competitors
- How you want to be perceived in your marketplace e.g.: serious, expensive, contemporary, classic, dynamic, informal, fun, cost-effective etc
- Can you foresee your brand identity as being text based, or image and ‘caption’, or are you open to ideas
- We would welcome any examples of other brand identities or websites you admire, or dislike
The more information you can provide, the clearer our view will be of your business and therefore the creative process will run more smoothly. You will be able to speak directly to a designer, who will guide you through the whole process, but the whole team will know about you and your requirements.
After approximately 10 working days we will email your selection of designs. When you feedback on these, we develop and refine until you are completely happy with the finished design. Only then do we implement your brand identity onto your designated collateral.
If you would like us to handle your print requirements as well, just let us know and we can source from a trusted supplier.
Payment
Once we have received your brief, we ask you transfer a 50% deposit and provide a company purchase order number before the process can begin. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid at the end of the project.

* We create our own graphics to ensure uniqueness and do not use freely available ‘clip-art’. All files will be supplied with text converted to graphics, so there will be no font problems.
** Within reason and assuming there is no fundamental change to the brief.
